Color Study in a Polluted Environment / India

These photo collage studies are augmented with color scales. They attempt to illustrate the quality of pollution in Varanasi, India. The book was a study for the video installation Smoke Saris.

 

 

This book comprises twenty seven pages of collaged photographs, yarn, textile, and watercolor on black paper. (2008)
